Helplines

The gateway to NATAL’s services, NATAL’s Helpline offers both short-term and ongoing psychological and emotional support to those suffering from symptoms of trauma due to terror and war. The only one of its kind in Israel, the Helpline is staffed by specially trained volunteers who are supervised by professionals.

  • One-time emergency calls for those experiencing anxiety, worry, panic attacks
  • Scheduled weekly calls with the same volunteer as an alternative to traditional therapy
  • Triage and referral to all NATAL’s programs and services

 

Clinical Unit

This Unit provides therapy and mental health support nationwide to individuals who have experienced trauma and their surrounding circles: spouses, parents and children. NATAL’s therapists are MA- level social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists.

Career Development Unit

Employment coaching, career mentoring programs and academic support specifically designed for young adults with post-trauma related to military service or terror incidents. Recently, there has been an emphasis on easing the transition for military reservists to go back to work following October 7th and Operation Iron Swords.
