Dalia Yosef is the Director of NATAL’s Helpline. She is an educational counselor with specialization in trauma, resiliency and emergency preparedness. Dalia established and directed the Sderot resiliency center during Operation Pillar of Defense, as well as multiple projects and programs in Sderot and the periphery around Gaza. She also directed absorption centers in the north after the Second Lebanon War, and the Department of Education for the southern districts during Operation Protective Edge.
Dalia has been volunteering for the past 20 years until today as the Chairperson on the International Board of Partnerships with the Jewish Agency, and in the past was the Chairperson of the Eden organization which treats girls at risk. Dalia holds an MA in educational counseling.
