Efrat Shavit is the Helpline’s Deputy Director of Volunteers and Administration
She is a certified group facilitator through the Open University and a graduate of The Israeli Standards Institute in Quality Management. Efrat has a wealth of experience within the field and facilitates the Helpline volunteer training, and is responsible for the Helpline’s communication and information system.
