Sharon is the Director of NATAL Global, the organization’s international department, which helps first responders, military forces, educators and more from around the world, get the tools they need to build personal and organizational resilience.
Sharon has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in International Law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in creating international collaborations and leading international projects for social impact.
In the past, she established and managed the Global Professional Development Department at Beit Issie Shapiro, a nonprofit in the field of disabilities, and was engaged in developing strategic partnerships, exporting knowledge and managing an international professional network. Before Beit Issie Shapiro, Sharon worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Tel Aviv Delegation’s Communications Department.
